On December 4, the Secretariat of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services of Brazil issued Announcement No. 49 of 2023. The department decided to initiate an assessment process for the scope of application of anti-dumping duties determined in 2021. The products involved included tires with rim sizes of 20 inches, 22 inches and 22.5 inches. These tires are made in China, South Korea, Japan, Russia and Thailand.
